I wanted a growler where I could enjoy a single glass of draft craft beer at home over several days. This growler held the carbonation and delivered great beer over a 6 day period. I did this twice with a single co2 cartridge. Then at 25 pounds of pressure I carbonated a growler of home brew wheat beer with a single co2 cartridge in one day. Definitely recommend buying this growler.

Got this for my father for his birthday about a month ago. First time using it was around Christmas time. First set up was simple-ish. But found the tap would leak a little bit. Found metal shavings in behind the tap neck where the seal is for the tap neck.

Having a growler with a tap is so much better than a growler without a tap. I take this to a nearby brewery to get a refill and, after applying the tap and CO2 cartridge, this keeps the beer fresher than a normal glass growler would. It is also a conversation starter too!I would recommend that you ensure the person filling it for you knows where to fill it to. I have had some fill it to the top of the keg (can’t add the tap without spilling) and some fill it below the fill line (boo!). Since it is not a normal growler some may not know where to fill it to. The instructions will give you a better idea where to fill the growler to.I love this thing and you should totally get one too!
