I had to do plenty of research on how to install the program and drivers that make it work with my computer. Also which if my installed programs would work with it and with which plug-ins and so forth. Finally got it to work fine.

I recieved a great looking signature pad. And when my software was not compatible they gave me clear instructions and refunded me my money. If I need anything they are saying I will be back.

This works great for what I need it for. It takes a little getting used to as you can't see your signature on the pad; only on the screen. After a little practice the signature looks ok.

After trying different Topaz models for field work, this particular one has proven to be the most reliably and robust of all. And it is even cheaper than other high end models that break more easily.

Easy to install software from the Topaz website. Works great with form filled PDF's and signature boxes. I bought this and demonstrated to management, and we now have 6 for our field techs to use when completing field service reports.
