I sent this to my friend because he wanted a curl bar and weight set to get back into shape. He was totally surprised when it arrived at his house.He put it together and has been using it everyday.He said it works all his muscle groups and has been a wonderful addition to his morning routines.

The assembly screw used to put the bars together would not fit the matching hole in the two bars. Whole kit is over priced. Would not recommend at this current price.
