Smooth Move tea will work if you can't go. I think it tastes like licorice, so not too bad if you like licorice. I drank some at bedtime and I was relieved in the morning... ALL morning.

I've taken this 5 times. First was 4 nights in a row for the "Master Cleanse", and then again last night. Works as advertised, take it at night before bed, so around 9pm for me, and I woke up with gurgling guts around 4am or 6am and smoothly go. Pairs well with a toilet bidet insert if you know what I mean. The tea does have a strong taste at first probably due to the licorice spices. Highly recommended to get the bowels moving.

This stuff is no joke.. All natural intestinal toothbrush is what I would call it. I can remember almost 20 years ago my mom tricked my brother and I into drinking this like it was iced tea. We both had two cups...needless to say we were flushed clean, lol pun intended.Seriously, this is a great alternative to the chemical garbage on the market for stool softeners and laxatives. Just like the box says, I recommend having a glass before bed. Your morning routine might be slightly disrupted but it's better than at a restaurant, in the middle of dinner.

it def works! great product! take it at night works in the AM. never wakes me up in the middle of the night to "go". I am using this x2 a week now for detox and energy. I cant believe how much better I feel on a daily basis, never did I think this would help my overall health. The taste I don't really care for... licorice. But, I will continue to use, not all things that are good for your body taste great. Will be buying more

This works just as described, but I had to suffer through bouts of gas to clean out. I tried it in the evening, by 3am I was in the bathroom. The gas pain was extreme and it took a long time before I finally got relief. I tried it once and haven't had the courage to do it again. Thinking of trying it again, earlier in the day and steeping the bag for less time.

I never even thought about using an herbal tea like Smooth Move to help me with occasional irregularity. I had been having some problems with proper elimination after I got a bit off track from my Clean Eating. A froend told me that this is what she uses when she has the same problem. I am a vegan but went through a bit of a binge of unhealthy eating, did a 1 day cleanse thinking it would help but it only made things worse. The first night I had a hot cup if this tea by the next morning I finally got the relief I was needing. It is now part of my nightly routine to have a cup of this herbal tea before bed & I feel amazing by morning!! It has really helped with that Bloated feeling as well. Great stuff:)) so glad I got 4 boxes so I never run out. It also tastes really good. Highly recommend it to anyone looking fir a natural alternative to laxatives!!!

If you are feeling backed up and need to get things moving, an 8oz cup of this tea taken before going to bed, steeped for a maximum of 15 minutes, will give you the expected results the following morning. One tea bag is enough to do the trick, and works every time, so follow the instructions properly and resist the temptation to use more than one.The taste may not be great but is not unpleasant and will grow on you with time. The tea loses a star because you may get some stomach cramps as it starts to work (some people reportedly don't), but then the tea will live up to its gentle name when you get your easy and painless bowel movement. As reported by other reviewers, steeping for less than 15 minutes may reduce the cramping. Some people have got it to work after seeping the tea bag for only 10 minutes so experiment and see what works best for you.I see that for some reason, when taken during the day, it is not as efficient and often doesn not work as expected. This tea alone works very well, but if you drink plenty of water throughout the day (even when you don't have the tea) and add more fiber to your diet, besides working like a charm it will even help you become more regular on your own.Take this tea if you are backed up and feel bloated, ou will feel reliefed and sleep much better after being cleansed by Smooth Move. It is a natural product but I recommend it for occasional use only as ingestion of senna over extended periods of time may be prejudicial.

This tea does exactly what it is intended for. I steeped it for about 15 minutes like the directions states. I was pleasantly surprised that it taste good so it was easy to drink. About 8 hours later, my stomach was cramping, it felt like it was going to explode. This lasted about an hour of going to the bathroom. I highly recommend this tea if you have problems going to the bathroom or if you are bloated or just uncomfortable. When your stomach starts hurting because you are about "to go", don't get scared. It's just the tea going through your system. I highly recommend you drink this about 5pm or so, and during the night it will take affect. Do not drink this in the morning before going to work, you will regret it.
