So many times our low expectations are met but with this I was pleasantly surprised. It comes out of the box and is so user friendly that you don’t really need the instructions. ( use them any way. It is a convenient size for travel but is very convenient at home as well.

I like the idea of a combined clothes steamer and travel iron. The unit heats up quickly and is simple to use; however, I seem to have gotten a dud. The first one I received kept saying to add water after using it for a few seconds at a time and would automatically turn off, so I got a replacement unit. Unfortunately, it does the same thing. It works for less than a minute at a time before it says to add water and automatically shuts off and I need to press the steam function again to get it to work. It does this no matter what amount of water is in the reservoir and no matter what angle I am using it at. But judging from all the other good reviews, I must have just somehow gotten a dud x2.

I like that it is compact and lightweight - easy to carry with you in your travels! Will easily fit in your packed luggage! I like that there is a transparent plastic window on the side where you can easily see how much water you got left in your reservoir. Very easy to use - all you gotta do is plug it in and there is a touch LCD screen (use your thumb to touch) on top and you can choose the intensity level of steam coming out (3 levels). The handle rotates180 degrees "out" before use and "in" for compact storage. It came with a small plastic base for the iron itself , a little water pitcher and a tiny user manual (you might need reading glasses to read the manual). The instructions says pour the water in the reservoir before plugging it in. It works and very easy to use!

Honestly, I was a tad weirded out when I took this out of the box and it was apparent it had been previously used. There was still condensation in the water container; see photos. However, it’s very cute, lightweight and does the job very well.

I really like the compact design of this 2-in-1 steamer and iron. It is visually appealing and incredibly efficient. The top of the handle houses the LED display of buttons for operation, allowing a convenient way to switch through the settings during use. There's a dry ironing mode and three steam modes- low, medium, and high. The system heats up very quickly and gets rid of wrinkles just as fast. It cuts off when there is an overheating risk. This safety mechanism protects both you and the fabric of your items. The system is very lightweight and ergonomic with a large water tank. The handle can be rotated to the outside while in use, then rotated back over the water tank for a smaller footprint. I had no issues using the item and found that it worked well.Overall, I highly recommend this travel steamer and iron 2-in-1. The system is incredibly designed with the user in mind. It holds all the needed settings, safety mechanisms, and water capacity to be convenient when you need it. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps

I don’t have to do much ironing, so I never got around to buying a full-sized iron, but when I saw this small travel iron, I thought it would be good to have around for those occasional times when I do need to get a few wrinkles out of my clothes. It’s very compact and doesn’t take up much room on the shelf in my laundry room, especially since my laundry room is basically a closet in the hall just big enough to hold the washer and dryer. The iron heats up quickly and does a great job of ironing. My only complaint is the short cord. No matter where I plug the iron in, the cord it too short to reach the surface I want to iron on, which makes it impossible to use without an extension cord. If they would make the cord longer, it would be so much easier and more convenient to use.
