I wasn't expecting to be this impressed by a treadmill mat, but this foldable exercise mat blew me away. It hits the perfect balance of form, function, and convenience—especially if you're working with limited space. I have used this mat for many of my workouts on hardwood floors, including dumbbells and my treadmill, and so far, it has worked perfectly for my needs. It does not slide around, and even steeping and putting weights on it, it regains its form quickly. This mat is just what I needed under my walking pad. It’s thick enough to protect my hardwood floors and helps with noise and vibration too. The size fits perfectly and it stays in place during workouts. It also folds up easily if I want to move it or store it. Works great under my spin bike and elliptical too. Solid mat for anyone with home gym equipment.

⭐ARRIVAL & PACKAGING⭐Te mat arrived super quick. It was neatly folded and packed in a sealed plastic bag.When I opened it up, it definitely smelled like PVC, but the smell wasn't overwhelming and it lifted/faded pretty quick. There were no signs of soiling or stains upon arrival. The mat appeared to be brand new. Thanks to the fact that this is folded (and not rolled), it was easy to spread out and it laid flat immediately.⭐DIMENSIONS & VERSATILITY⭐True to the listed dimensions, this mat is the perfect size for a treadmill, walking pad, jump rope or weight lifting station- just to name a few. The 6 mm thickness is quite generous (especially compared to a lot of the other options) and provides an exceptional amount of cushion. This not only protects your floors, but provides some great shock absorption for any/every type of workout you can think of. This mat is quite versatile- useful in any home gym or under any piece of equipment.⭐QUALITY & VALUE⭐I have seen a lit of these mats that are super thin and really cheep/flimsy- This is NOT one of those mats! While the price is a bit higher than a lot of the others out there, the thickness, durability and versatility make it worth the cost. I also appreciate that the sealed edges won't fray or separate over time.

Very nice quality mat. I have a smaller, compact treadmill that I keep in my office and this mat fit perfectly. My treadmil was sitting on my rug, but I preferred to have a mat underneath, which added some more stability and floor protection. The mat came packaged nicely and was easy to unfold and layout. I didn't notice any smell. I am really happy with it.

The mat comes folded. There's nothing special about it. It looks like any other mat. I am using it on the floor for my treadmill. It works well for that.

I recently purchased a workout bench with all the bells and whistles and needed something to place it on that wasn’t the usual puzzle-link sponge mats. As an empty nester, I’ve turned one of my spare bedrooms into a home gym, but I’m not quite ready to rip up the carpet and go for a full gym floor. This mat is the perfect size for my bench. The fact that it folds up small is great, though it’s not something I need right now—it will be really handy for storage in the future when my bench inevitably becomes a clothes rack. As others have mentioned, there is a plastic or rubbery smell when you first get it, so I let it sit flat outside overnight. After an additional day in the garage, I brought it upstairs, and by then, the smell was completely gone. The mat is just the right thickness—thin enough not to trip over, but thick enough to provide cushioning. Overall, it’s the perfect size for my needs, and I’m very pleased with it. No complaints at all.

Nice mat, very sturdy and thick. I got the larger size and it easily fits the treadmill and some free weights. It folds up very easily for storage. This is a great way to protect the flooring from any scratches or oil. Might be nice for under the yoga mat as well!
