This is a 3-level folding type stretch mat of the KaRaDaStyle gymnastics mat series, which has been manufactured and sold for more than 10 years and has been improved based on customer feedback!

Slight smell when I first opened, but it went away after I aired it out. It’s thick and soft. I put it on the floor next to my toddlers bed for extra protection if he falls off. Folds up very nicely as well.

和室でトレーニングやヨガをしていると畳がギシギシするようになったので買ってみた。この厚みがいい。ローラーでゴロゴロしてもジャンプしても膝をついても問題なし。滑るかと思ってたけどそこも全然大丈夫でヨガマットより滑らない。ただ1点、バランスポーズの時は足元ふわふわしてちょっと不安定。それは体幹鍛えればいいかも。さっと畳めるので気軽に使えて、薄い色にしたので部屋の隅に立てておいても圧迫感がない。

幅を50cmにカットすること。フラットにしても腰が痛む。冬は底冷えする。マットの上にもう1枚何か敷くと良い感じになる。

車中泊に使用しようと購入。買って良かったです。型崩れし難く程よい硬さ有り。厚さも申し分ないです。寝るにはもうワンクッションあった方が良いかもです。耐久性は不明。

I am 48 and do a lot of compound moving with weights and there is just not enough cushion in regular yoga/workout mat. This works beautifully and my knee protected with this mat. I love this purchase.

I love this mat. I do my daily ab and leg excersizes on it and the quality of this mat is great. The edges are perfect thickness to grab the edges to stabilize for some excersizes or stretching. I do jumping jacks on it and my downstairs neighbors cant hear them ^_~ you wont regret ordering from them they did an amazing job making these for a great price!

I bought the chocolate brown color. It’s a nice dark neutral. Fabric easily wipes clean when dust and dog hair gets on it. It’s firm, but not too firm. If you put your knee into it, your knee will form an impression, which is good - it’s good that it has some cushy “give”. But that impression will immediately rise back when you get off of the mat, which is also good. It’s firm, but not too firm. It protects my spine from the hardwood floor when doing crunches. I can take it outside and use it on the deck, so that I can enjoy the trees and the skies, and it supports me completely. I don’t feel the hard wooden slats of the deck. The best feature is the fact that it folds up, and has handles. So it can easily be carried room to room and stored.
