Very well made aluminum cold shoe mount for attaching multiple accessories to my camera. Excellent positive locking ring for secure fit. Easy to use and functions as expected.

Convenient for lighting in macro situations where you either want to combine colors from several RGB units or to provide additional continuous lighting without having to use stands or brackets. I have a ring diffuser with a white cover cloth for this which I'd recommend to get a softer light even if your lights have a diffuser on them but more inportantly it will prevent having three bright point reflections on glossy or metallic objects. I've used it for other things but for me lighting is where this excels. Two lights and a mic is another good setup. If you use it with a stand you can also match lighting of larger units. It's a very nice piece to have in your kit and a good value.

This is a cold shoe mount fits well and adds a cube of cold shoe mounts for other devices to mount in to the top, left, and right, then on the other two faces it receives female 1/4” screws.It can attach to a typical cold shoe on a camera (my old DSLR, my newer film camera, etc, they haven’t changed those specs so they’re all still standard), but you can also remove the cold shoe mount and go straight in on the 1/4” screw if that is what you need. You tighten/loosen that option with an allan wrench through the middle of it.This one doesn’t have a hard stop on the three cold shoe slots that it receives, which is confusing to explain but you can see in the picture that you can slide a device straight through, so make sure you tighten it. Another model with this same company (I got one of each) does have a stop so you can only slide them in/out in one direction.In any case, it’s a solid piece of metal, well formed and works well.

Another well made accessory from this company. This is all aluminum, finally machined and works very well. I have used it so far attaching lights and a microphone to my Nikon Z9. Once secured, it doesn't move. It's an accessory that has so many applications. I'm very happy with it.

Overall, this is a good cold shoe mount. The one major negative in my opinion, is that the shoes are open, meaning the item of choice can slide in and out on either side. I have to make sure the item is really tightened in order to reduce my anxiety that gear will slip out of this. Mechrig makes another multi cold shoe mount with closed ends, which I like using a lot better and they have similar price points. 4/5 stars for the open design, but you may like it.

This little cold shoe is well-designed and well-made. I'm using for a trip to Borneo for a macro flash setup. I've been a pro photographer for over 30 years and I can be hard on gear. The metal construction and threaded mount points are designed by a company that knows how to make durable gear.

Its great adapter to mount over flash base of any campera (its standard a cross all cameras). Its pretty inexpensive and a good adapter to have, specially if you have several lights or accessories that go into the flash mount. The build quality is great. is solid aluminum blockI find 2 things not too good about it. First, to adjust it correctly you need to access a bolt that is inside and you need to carry an alem hex tool with it to adjust that :(. Second, would be like super nice, that has something that transfer the contacts from the camera flash to the top. So you keep the flash functionability while adding like a mic or external second light, etc.Besides that, fits perfect, and is definitely great for the price range

I needed something like this for my video rig, and this fits the bill perfectly! Now I can mount my mic next to my monitor and still have room for other accessories.
