Very basic unit, not worth anywhere near the asking price. The case is just one sheet of metal that's been bent into a square "C" shape. The rollers are two plastic beams held in by screws on either end, and they spin on those screws--there's no bearings or smooth rotating surface so they rattle when turned. The unit is hung in the back on four screws that are fully visible when enough of the towels have been used.It's also apparently manufactured for large towels so the smaller ones I use sit oddly in the unit.If I didn't buy this for a fraction of the asking price as a used item I'd have returned it.

It looks great. That's it though.It barely serves its function. It shows the white half-fold hand towels. Those are great... until you get down to the last 1/4. Then when you pull one out, the remaining come with it. The rollers are too far apart and can't be adjusted. I would also like to see a lid on it, as it just looks incomplete without one.PROS:-Looks niceCONS:-Doesn't work great-Not adjustable-No top-Tricky installation

Towel size has to be exact. Using smallish multifold towels and they slip through.

Towels don't fit. The dispenser is too big. I bought the ones recommended so it was disappointing.
