How to install the kia Forte trunk latch?
- Remove the guard board.
- Take trunk release cable and side pin, loosen 2 10 mm bolts.
- Link the new latch/tight bolts, connect the cable and pin.
- Above is for reference, search video if replace it in doubt.

While it’s apart recommend replacing both, I originally only replaced the latch handle and found out the latch was also the issue. Went in with no problems
