I purchased this item for my two year-old grandson for use in his sandbox or at the beach. The shovel is lighter than I had expected but is very durable. This shovel could be used by any child or adult around the house.

For the price tag I thought I was buying a shovel. What came was a 18" tall ch I ld toy mock shovel.Very deceiving!!

Easy to dig small to medium holes for plants/ vegetable gardens. Short handle gives you more leverage which is great for people with less upper body strength.
