If you’re looking for poofy for a short dress this isn’t it. Unless you know how to sew. It’s literally jacked up to my ribs (I have a very long torso) and it’s still peeking way out the bottom. However, it is cute!

I bought two of these separately and they work great. I'll be using it for a Ren faire outfit, and would recommend if you want a little poof! Start with one and see how you like it, then order another if more poof is what you're looking for. There is a little slip inside which I cut on both sides, so if you have a decent sized behind you may want to do the same or just completely cut it out.The elastic band around the top is great though, and fits well. I can slip it over my hips and such if I got so slowly (including the behind my hips measure about 45" or so around) and the elastic fits perfectly around my waist (about 31"). If you buy two and layer I suggest pulling one up from your feet and pulling the second down from over your head.

Perfect accessory for a throwback, vintage, pinup type vibe. I wore this under a swing dress and it was very comfortable! Not hot and lightweight. Adjusts for a comfortable, non-circulation-stopping fit. Recommend!

This tulle skirt is absolutely beautiful. Poofy in the right places. Got this for a cosplay and it turned out perfect. The quality is also nice will be using this as much as I can.

This was so cute and added plenty of 'poof' to the outfit we needed it for. The material was plentiful, multi-layered, of good quality, and sturdy without sacrificing softness. There was no worry of it catching, unraveling, or shredding. You will get plenty of lift with this petticoat. We are very happy - this was well-worth the money

It shipped really fast and the shirt itself is exactly what I needed for my holiday outfit. There is not much of a slip underneath so if you don't like the feeling of tule on your legs this may not be the right one. Overall it accomplished this job beautifully.
