This was much easier to install than I ever imagined. The instructions were straight forward, bought the vacuum to check the connections. Did contact customer service for a minor issue and they were great to respond and answer any questions.

If this proves to ve reliable I will be super excited. So far very happy with the way it cools and the app. Only issue is Alexa cant set temperature correctly so the app has to be used. I had professional install. Still worked out 1/4 of cost quoted by A/C companies

love the unit.install easy peasy. looks nice.actually works great? outside temp drops 35 plus or minus it freezes up.love to give 5 plus stars,when i figure it up (warms up)i will update. oh, have been in contact with customer service.they have been great also.i know this has got to be a dummy issue.so if icant fix factory more than willing to waranty.

I did get a good deal on this but after one day the pump failed. The other problem is the tech support can only be reached by email and they work at night. I got one email a day and their main focus was taking the output temperature and when they did not like the results they challenged me on how I took the reading. After that that just stopped responding at all. This was just my experience I hope yours is better.

This unit has worked well until I had a snowstorm. Snow built up in condenser which caused the fan blade to break. When I attempted to buy a replacement blade, I was informed no part was available and I would have to purchase a complete new condenser. Based on parts availability, I would NOT buy from this company!Update. The company has helped to resolve the issue, and is now sending replacement part.
