My receiver arrived on time and in good condition. Installation was straight forward - took about 30 minutes total - and the instructions were quite clear and understandable. Overall, construction seems to be pretty good, and I had no problems fitting it to my bumper and securing all of the fasteners. The instructions require the large center bolt to be torqued to 250 pounds-feet. Most torque wrenches (for home use) max out at 150 pounds-feet. I torqued mine to approximately 200+ pounds feet and it feels very secure. I would advise getting as close to requirements as possible. One more note - some reviewers have said they were not able to reinstall the round plastic bumper cover cap after installation of the receiver because the center bolt was too high and interfered. I found this to be the case with my installation. For me, a little black paint will address that issue just fine.

The build quality of the hitch is really nice, pretty heavy duty. Fit easily on the truck, complete install only took about 15 minutes. Looks great, and functions just as expected. It came with everything needed to install except the torque wrench and 12mm hex.Definitely recommend.

Came with all necessary hardware and instructions. Easy to install. Sturdy and so far performs as well as curt or draw tite. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I wasn't super impressed with the finish, but of course that's just me knit picking

The final torque is 250 Ftlbs, make sure you have a 12mm hex, I also suggest going for 1/2 or bigger as I snapped the anvil off my 3/8 Adapter.

Installing is pretty straightforward. Just make sure to straighten the bolts treading wires before trying to push it through the cross member. The only drawback is the original bumper trailer ball cover will not fit once the bolt is installed. They should find a fix for that. It looks professional and I would recommend this hitch.

Does exactly what I need it to. Fits my old Dodge. It’s not a perfect fit. The installation just required some manipulation. No grinding or bending. The top centre bolt was a bit off centre Loosened the back bolts off a bit to snug the top bolt in then retightened the back bolts.Still a great receiver for a big price difference to the competitors.Would have gave it 5 star if they had included the 12 mm Allen wrench. Separate $10 purchase that I would have gladly paid extra on it being included.

I installed this on my 2005 Dodge Ram and it fit like a glove. Installation was pretty easy, a lot of people say snaking the wire for the bolt through the tube is the worst part, but I avoided that and snaked a long zip tie that I had (one that is used for A/C ducts is what I used) first and tied the wire snake that came with the kit with electrical tape onto the zip tie and it went right through. The wire snake that comes with the kit has a coiled end on one side, to thread the bolt and bracket onto, I threaded the coiled part all the way down the bolt (making sure it was good and snug) and dropped the bolt and bracket down the tube (you will look at it and think that this will never work, but it is engineered perfectly and works great.) And the bolt and bracket pulled right though and installed easily. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to grab the end of the bolt when I started to get the bolt though the bracket on the hitch. I didn't want to yank on the wire snake and chance it breaking or coming loose form the bolt and bracket, so the needle nose pliers worked great. The snake that came with my kit was very strong though, I don't think it would have broke. I also left the first bolt they have you install through the top of the bumper loose so I could work the hitch around a little to help get the bolts through. It took me longer to get out my tools and put them away then it did to actually install the hitch.
