Did not work as well as the original. Pressure cooker still leaks, needs to be a thicker gasket.Replaced with a new Presto pressure cooker.

The gasket felt a bit thinner and lighter than the original. I was pleasanlty releived, it appears to function just as well.

Good luck finding a Maitres gasket for under $40. Not only that, I could only find them on Ebay. This one fits perfectly, no complaints what so ever.

Fits well and keeps the trusty pressure cooker going. Some minor leakage before pressure builds but seems to seal fine. So happy I found this.
