I installed this in my phone and while it registered in the phone it did not have any data. I tried for days and I emailed customer support but never received a reply. Completely useless. I had to buy a different SIM card in China.

Helpful hint (from personal experience): Please double-check you have an esim-capable device! :) It will save you a lot of headaches. :)But if you do have a compatible device, the instructions are very clear and contacting support is super easy. It's nice when it feels like a company want the process to actually be easy for their customer!

I received the instructions for setting up the eSIM in an envelope. You need to enter your Amazon order number to register on the provider's website. After reading the notice, it seems that once registered, the provider will send you an eSIM QR code, the QR code is only valid for 30 days. If it expires, you’ll have to pay $2 to get a new one. Since my travel date is more than 30 days away, I decided not to register yet. I’ll test if it works once I actually activate and use it later.

Simple set up, register with your Amazon order number and they will send you a QR code through email. Scan on your day before or same departure date and will work right the way. Make sure your phone is the newer one that support eSims. Great price

If your looking for a reputable eSIM that you can rely on to work when you need it then this eSIM company is very good. When I first got this item from Amazon I was concerned because it was only an instruction booklet to set up the eSIM but with no order specific details. Well once I learned that the the eSIM is tied into your amazon order number. Once I figured this out I was much more comfortable.
