It works great I didn't have any SD card reader slots on a couple of my PCs or C type USB and a few other types now I do. I use it for transfers of my music for my car player that uses an SD card reader and it works fine. If you only have one USB slot on you lap top like most do today this adapter can add a few. Great buy and resolved my issues.

My own fault...they only listed Windows 10 and my brain just assumed that if it works with Win 10 it would work with Windows 11. It does NOT. Tried it on three Win 11 computers and every one of them gave the same error message that it would not work with this system. It does work on my old Windows 8.1 systems but they are not what I needed it for. I need a unit that will travel with us on our Win 11 laptops, and this unit will NOT do that. My fault, I should have been more careful. Now I will have to order another brand that actually will work with Win 11.

The product looks great and clean in design but when i plugged it in, that's when i started to see the flaws. For one, I plugged in my headset to make use of the headphone jack, and the audio came out muddled and quiet at which that point, i would rather use my original audio jack. Now as that is a small flaw since i have the audio jack on my pc, i glossed over not thinking much of it. Then i used one of the usb ports for my mouse to which my mouse starting lagging and freezing like crazy. It took me a good few hours to realize it was not a virus or a problem with my computer but this new usb hub i bought. The cherry on top that made me realize i've wasted my money is that the transfer speeds on this are horrible. I bought this as someone who works a lot with video so i have to transfer a lot of data via sd cards and so i was hoping for usb-c speeds however, the transfer speeds were garbage. It was easier to use my PC's usb-a ports with an adapter than it was to use this terrible hub. Save yourself some trouble and buy from a brand like Anker or something.

This product works perfectly for the computer I am using. It is not difficult to use and it does not glitch either.

I have wanted a USB C Hub for quite some time but because most cell phones have removed the auxiliary port and because the auxiliary port on my laptop no longer works, I wanted to make sure that the USB C Hub I chose had 3.5mm headphone port. Most of the hubs with an auxiliary port are priced much higher so I was iffy about this product but I am happy to say that everything works like a charm on both Windows and Android devices. I love how the cord doubles as a USB-C AND USB-A connector, removing the need for any extra adapters. The only thing I dislike is the waynthe material feels. It does feel cheaply made but at this price point, I don't care how it feels as long as it continues to function, which is does flawlessly.
