There are a number of adjustable rolling pins available, but this is the one to get, for several reasons. First, the slip on rings are way easier to use than the cumbersome screw on type. Second, the little ridge built into the rings creates a great stand to hold your rolling pin while preparing your dough. But most important, almost all the others have rings which create dough thickness of 3 and 6 mm. This set, however, has a 4 mm ring, just the right depth for so many things. (For perspective, 3 mm is very thin and delicate, 6 mm creates a quite thick and heavy dough, but 4 mm is just right for things like homemade Oreo cookies.). And priced right too. Highly recommended!

The seamless roller, etched-in measurements, and the built-in rests in the sizing rings add up to an impressive product. I still have a bit of a learning curve to go through because dough is sticking to the roller more than it did to my wooden one, which I simply could rub a layer of flour on. I'll try chilling the rolling pin before the next use, to see if that helps. Otherwise, I'll just resort to dusting the top of the dough a little heavier than normal. This is entirely my fault, but I wish I had gotten a longer rolling pin to compensate for the space consumed by the thickness bands.

This rolling pin made making sugar cookies a breeze. I had wondered how bakeries made perfect-sized cookies. Then I came across this pin. It is stainless steel that will not bog you down. The silicone circles you put on it make perfect depth cookies every time. They even have grooves so you can set the pin down on the circles to keep the pin from rolling away. I would highly recommend this rolling pin.

It was so easy to roll out my pie dough and my empanada dough!I love my wooden rolling pin so I didn't think I would like this as much as I did, but it was great. I was able to make very thin dough for my baking. It was also very easy to clean. Definitely 5 stars!

I really like this rolling pin. I have a wooden one with handles that was my mother’s, but it is cumbersome for me to use and get the accuracy I need. This metal one, however, has etched in measurements for overall size, and the silicone bands are wonderful for getting an more accurate width on doughs.

LOVE my new rolling pin and the rubber silicone(?) rings that make all my crusts and cookies the same height so they cook evenly. So easy to clean. And would make a great self-defense weapon 😂😂😂

Well made and very useful,when your not good at rolling your pastry nice and even.I found my pastry stuck to it and the pin needed to be coated in flour every 2 / 3 rolls.Lost patience with it and went back to my wooden rolling pin.Kept the item as maybe its my technique and I will try again.

I am very happy with this rolling pin. I used it to make cutout sugar cookies with my granddaughter. The silicone guides made it super easy to get the dough uniform in thickness. The stainless steel is very easy to clean and I love that there are no nooks and cranny's for dough to hide in. This is well made, easy to use, and I would definitely reccommend it.

Unlike the screw-in type adjuster, this one is simply a slot-in silicon rings type.Very easy to apply/adjust and easy to clean too.

It looks great, it's long enough for rolling pastry, dishwasher safe, it's on the lighter side, the rings are useful and actually work well (no falling off during use). I can only recommend so far.
