Ordered this because I had an uneven gap beneath my privacy fence gate and I didn’t want my dog getting through. The brushes are just stiff enough to deter them but flexible enough that they glide over the ground instead of getting jammed and breaking. I was really pleased because I had to cut this a couple inches to make it fit and I didn’t have a lot of bristles that fell out or got lost. All in all I’ve had this for quite some time now it brushes over a cement Floor when the gate opens and closes and it seems to be holding up admirably
