When I put an electrical tester on this device it showed that it was not grounded. I'm not sure how a ground could happen in a vehicle with rubber tires so thought maybe this was normal. I contacted the manufacturer to inquire and did not really get a satisfactory response. It seemed to be written by a non English speaker and a followup question was ignored.I have since gotten a better response and confirmed it with my Hyundai dealer. It is normal for VTL adaptors to test as ungrounded because the vehicle itself has no ground contact other than the tires.I recommend to the seller that they include this Information in the product description and or operating instructions..Otherwise this seems to be a well built product.

When I bought my car I thought it would be great to have a V2L adapter for camping or backup for power outages. Then I found out the official adapter was something like $600. It did not seem like a reasonable price for the light usage I had planned. But this is priced right for me to keep for emergencies.Overall it works great for my light usage.

No complaints it definitely does what it says. Turns your Ioniq charging port into a 120v outlet!It's nice and compact and feels like it's built solid. Was able to power anything I plugged into it no issues. Definitely recommended for the price over the OEM version!

I tested this V2L adapter on a kia EV6. Was able to draw 15 amps for 3 hours without any errors. I had it charging another EV so the draw was continuous. The only complaint I have is with the color. Black adaptors absorb more solar heat than white ones, this can limit due to thermal sensors. I still gave 5 stars as I experienced no issues. Great product!

Connected easily to our Hyundai IONIQ 2023 and provided power for our freezer, no food was wasted. Our neighborhood was without power for four day. I was able to drive my car to our neighbor’s garage and they plugged in their freezer and we’re able to save a huge quantity of frozen meat until power returned a day later the item paid for it itself within two days. All without the noise and emissions from a gas generator.

With my EV6, this was a reasonably priced simple way to keep our fridge running for days when the power went out! A must have!

Just plugged it in and it could right away drive a stick blender. A bit difficult to get the lock to release for removal. Had to hold down the release button on the device simultaneously with the end charging button on the IONIQ.
