Something I always wanted and easy to use. Keep me very fresh have use a large one for many years. You need to get one.

certainly a lot easier that the old vacuum seal system, although I still use it periodically. This one is small, easy to use and pretty reliable. Sometimes have to make sure the unit is correctly placed on the bag, but once it is, works fine. Make sure the bag is well sealed at the top before using; if not completely sealed, obviously it will not hold a vacuum.RESET: I inadvertently got less than a ml of liquid into the vacuum sealer and now it won’t work. You can clean the nozzle, but not the interior, i.e, pump, on these systems, and subsequently, it will ruin the product. Caution is needed when using with foods that have ANY liquids associated with them.

This little vacuum sealer exceeded my expectations. I have a freezer-sealed bag of bananas currently sitting in my freezer that doesn’t have even a hint of freezer burn on it and is the same color as before I put them in the freezer. My freezer is older, and nothing, not even factory-packed food items, escapes horrible freezer burn. Not with this thing! I’m impressed. It’s a little slow and handheld, after all, so it makes sense, but it is entirely worth it. You can reuse the bags, which is great. It also includes a variety of bag sizes.

Well made and functional. I use them with dry stuff, or stuff that I don't need to spend too much top clean after, like a wrapped sandwich, or fruit. So I will not use them with raw meat or fish for example. That will make the bag single use, and not reusable. If the bag is not reusable I don't it to be with a ziplock.These are expensive enough to justify being reusable.the seal and reseal well.

I have used these several times so far - from popcorn kernels to frozen carrots. Each time I've used them they have kept their seal for as long as I needed so far. I like how thick they. Nothing at this point has broken the bag. I will be back for more once I run out.
