the upper rails to hang files is 12.3125 inches rather than the 12.4 inches in the dimensions. It seems a small amount but standard hanging files don't fit properly and had to be at an angle. I had to return it. In addition, when I requested a return, I couldn't take it to Whole Foods but rather I had to go to UPS. Not usually a problem but it was already assembled when I found out about the width problem so I had to disassemble the unit and package it up.

This hanging file folder under-desk drawer really comes in handy!I didn’t have anything under my desk, and this gave me storage and organization!It was easy to assemble, is rather rigid, and finally gave me an easy way to organize my files/receipts/medical documents!I love this thing!(Pardon the mess in the picture, I was in the process of moving at the time.)

Is small a compact it can easily fit anywhere in a room. Love the bottom shelf to put books. The small wheels that come with it make easy to move without having to pick up.
