Exactly as described. Only took a few hours to reshape after opening. Slight smell at first, gone within a few hours. Works great for travel but I love it for home use because I don't like huge pillows for me. Good cushioning height for my neck. I have had neck surgery so I am particular. Very soft cover but I still prefer a silky feel so I will be using a pillow case.

Its a softer foam and wish it was smaller, but it seems to be decent quality and at a reasonable price. I like that it is smaller than most options out there for the purpose of having an extra cushion for knees, and would probably be good for camping (less space)

Bigger than expected but good size. I will say it is a bit harder to put in the bag it came with when full expand. But it is good to travel with. Good firmness and good price.

I broke out in a rash across the back of my neck after using the pillow 1 night only. IT’S HORRIBLE! I definitely do not recommend this product to anyone!
