Where we live, if the wood pile is in the front yard, then it must be covered. This blanket works well to cover the wood and also comply with the requirement that the covering being fireproof.

I will be using this a curtain to stop sparks. I know this is advertised as a blanket but I think it would burn through if sparks sat on it.
