Very happy with this! My primary reason for purchasing this small "blanket" was to protect the plastic bed rails on my truck while I welded some strut channel to angle brackets. Without it, I would've quickly melted the bed rails. But with this underneath the brackets, I was able to tack the channel to the brackets without any issues - and my bed rails are still looking perfect!In terms of value for money, I think this fireproof blanket is an absolute steal. It's incredibly affordable and provides a level of protection that's hard to put a price on. If you're a welder or work with hot materials regularly, do yourself a favor and get one of these - it's cheap insurance against costly mistakes!Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this product, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the welding community. It's a must-have for any serious DIY enthusiast or professional welder!

This did keep the surrounding wood from burning, but at one point the cloth did burn
