Received very quickly. Really love using it and it helped greatly when preparing veggies for canning. Fun to try different slicers, and it makes things much easier for an older adult. Really shredded carrots, cabbage, etc. Price was Excellent and it is light weight and sticks to cabinet so it does not slide around. Easy to rinse and clean. Very powerful and perfect size for storing (not huge like some).

I've never had a good processor before but always wanted one. I really like the size of this, allowing you to make anything you want in it without needing to a second batch, and I also like the features the various blades offer.What I am disappointed in is the manual. If you've used a food processor in the past,maybe this won't be an issue but the manual only explained what the blades were used for, not how to put it all together. I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong and nearly broke the thing before I started to REALLY look at the pictures to see what part goes on first, second, third, etc.

I ordered this 14 cup because I blend sweet potato in large batches for pie filling.I thought this would accomplish the task. Wrong!!Because it only has one blade it only puree what's on the bottom leaving chunks in mix.Maybe if it had a double blade so that when product is dropped down the chute, the top blade would catch it, then incorporate it with mix down below.Poorly constructed equipment.

I love the storage drawer although it does not hold all of the blades and accessories. Bought a crate to store the food processor and all of the parts in. Would buy again.
