Returned the first one because as soon as I tightened the strap to secure it to the tailgate, it tore on the seam. Ordered a replacement and no issues with this one. It’s easy to install and fit my smaller truck perfectly.Update: after using the replacement one for only 2 months, it has also broken. Same thing, tore at another seam where a strap is. I would not recommend.

I am very impressed with the quality of this tailgate protector. The attachment straps work just right and are just the right length. The width of approximately 62 inches is perfect for my new Chevrolet pick up. I also think it’s very thoughtful to have the zippered and Velcro pockets for a few tools, which could come in very handy. I don’t plan to use it very much for bikes, but I want to be able to drive on really bad gravel roads without rocks, jumping up and nicking my tailgate when it is in the down position carrying long items.

I love this bike pad. Our bikes were always a hassle but this bike pad is very well made and easy to take on and off. The bikes go on so smooth and sturdy. It works so well it makes us want to go out more often.

Première utilisation, les sangles pour fixer le vttae sont trop courtes, mais en bidouillant ça passe, par contre les coutures sont trop fragiles, Le coussin de protection est déjà déchiré.Dommage, ce produit à l'air au premier abord de bonne qualité mais les coutures sont trop fragiles. Pour le prix, soit vous renforcez tout avec de nouvelles coutures, soit vous passez votre chemin et achetez une protection plus chère et surement plus solide.

Love the softness and the padded protection. Easy to latch in the bikes. What I didnt like is I pulled the bottom straps too hard and ripped one off. It was just attached a little too weak. Sewed it back and all was good for our 1500 mile trip. Worked well.
