I purchased and was initially pleased with the machine. During the second and third uses, the machine got extremely warm and had an odd smell while in use. I was concerned the motor may be faulty. I immediately turned off the machine, packaged it back in the box and returned the machine. I was not comfortable requesting a replacement. I decided to purchase from a different company in case this is a design flaw. Appreciate the ease of the return from the manufacturer. Given the positive feedback from the majority of buyers here, it seems as though my experience was an isolated event.

I'm still trying to get used to this. I'm going slow with it as the first time on it the thing made me a little dizzy and felt like I was leaning forward too much. I am 68, so it might just take some time to get used to. I also have a little neuropathy in my lower legs and feet. My legs did feel better after I got over feeling a bit wobbly from it. I seen another review by an older woman that said she had to go shorter on the time she used it and I'm taking her advice.

I’m excited to continue to use this vibration plate and see/feel results! Just after 10 mins my first use I knew this was going to be a game changer for lymphatic drainage and to tone up. Good quality. Easy to read directions. Lots of settings. Good vibrations !

I have been curious to try a vibration plate for a while now and I was not disappointed. It feels like a full body massage. At the same time, I could feel it working my core and afterwards I could still feel it working through my body feeling buzzy in a good way and more relaxed, less stiff. I am getting back into healthy habits and working out and feel like this will be a great addition to my routine. Definitely recommend!

Easy to use in terms of lifting (not very heavy) and moving it. If you wear a shoe size 10 in women, your feet are just making it onto the plate lengthwise. Functionality in terms of navigating to the different settings it's okay - could improve on symbol settings for each functionality.My real con about this product is it was gently used, and I did not elect to pay for a used product, so I expected to receive a new product when I rendered my money.
