This mix is very fresh. Some of the pieces have to be cut down, like dates and kiwi slices, but the bird loves it, so what are you gonna do?! Have been buying it for several years now and would recommend.

Love all volkman bird food, have two conures and a parrotlet. It's the only brand I can feed them that keeps them happy and healthy and they love it. It's a natural organic brand of food with an excellent nutritional blend of seeds nuts and fruits.
