Had item 7 weeks and quite working. Thought my fence charger had a problem but it was this thing quit working. I would not recommend this product to any one or buy ant other item from this company

Worked as it should in the beginning. Stored it inside and went to use it again but its quit working. Fence has charge but tester is broken, and reads nothing. Only had 3 months!

The Leopocat Electric Fence Voltage Tester is a simple device so there is little to go wrong.This is very old technology. Neon voltage testers like this have been around since I was learning electronics in the 1960s. The nice thing is that they are very reliable. Accuracy is assured within ranges and they will last forever.If you are testing an electric fence or a bug zapper or the high voltage of an old CRT display, this will fill your needs. Hams can test the high voltage on their amplifier tubes.I tested it on a 4,000 volt power supply and it indicated clearly the correct voltage as being over 4KV.Recommended. Great price at $16.
