Setting up the boxing machine was easy and simple. It’s stay sturdy in the wall. The Bluetooth connection was easy and music goes along with the punch in the lights. The lights and speed setting can make the workout a little challenging and fun. The gloves are included, they were comfortable and the padding is really good quality too

I bought it for my kids and they absolutely loved it!
