I purchased the button and cover at first then had to purchase the air switch and plug after finding the cover would not work with my existing air switch. I was very upset when I found they did not fit up! How are you listing these together if not compatible?!?? I was able to get to work together after dremeling the black plastic of cover then cutting and sanding lip of button. Lastly gluing cover to button assembly. 10 minute job turned to 2 hour job.

Waste King makes good products. However, if it's not too late, do your homework before changing up your kitchen hardware. Make sure all hardware & accessories work with what you have or will have. I think this particular unit is purposely overpriced because it is a partner product with Moen brand air switch buttons. Which are exclusive & extremely expensive. The threaded plastic button housing (sleeve) that comes with this unit is specifically made to fit Moen air switch buttons (or vice versa). Moen does not supply the threaded plastic button housing with their buttons nor is the threaded plastic button housing available for individual purchase. So, if you're like us & have Moen hardware but can't find an alternative manufacturer that offers a less expensive air switch button that matches your particular finish & you don't already have this exact Waste King unit so you need to replace the threaded button housing, you'll be forced to purchase a ridiculously expensive Moen air switch button along with this overpriced unit, just for the use of the threaded button housing.*IMPORTANT FACT: The diameter of the threaded plastic button housing on this particular unit is slightly larger than other leading brands. In our case, after receiving this unit, we unscrewed & removed the "old" button housing so we could replace it with the button housing from this unit. But the button housing on this unit didn't fit into the hole in our countertop from the previous button housing. Since we have quartz countertops, we were required to have a professional drill out the hole to accommodate this particular button housing.

Funcionó sin ningún problema, la instalación no tiene ningún tipo de dificultad, el tubo es lo suficientemente delgado para distribuirlo debajo del sink. Totalmente satisfecho con la compra, ahora si se "automatizó" mi sistema de procesamiento de alimentos. El precio del botón se me hizo un tanto elevado pero porque quería ese específicamente.

Works just great. My old switch for my garbage disposal was located in an inconvienent location. So a change to this solved it all. Now it is right at my sink. Love it!

I can't believe I was looking at box store disposers...double/triple the price. The Waste King works amazing and for a fraction of the price. Hooked up with the Air Switch and controller. Installation was quick and easy too.

Instructions were minimal, but it was easy to install. Prior to proceeding ensure that you have the correct steel bit to make the appropriate size knock out in your sink.
