My RF15-UF started to clogg after 2 months of usage.Once after I had contacted their Customer Service, WD immediately offer to replace a new set plus the recommendation of a 10-PP Pre-filter to arrest the possibility of ( not so ideal water supply from my end ) a bad heavy water source.They promptly reimburse all the cost incurred to me without asking further questions on those additional hose to make the new configurations work as suggested by their team.I am prepare to give 5-stars to WD products if this new replacement and configurations can last me over 2 months. ( meaning problem solved).I am truely impressed by their Customer Rep. Ms. Kimberly on her superd response and after office hours assistance!Alan from Sheppard North York.

This Waterdrop filter yields clean, fresh-tasting delicious water.There's no residue or foul taste from the city water.It took about 15 minutes to install with the faucet.Highly recommend.=====================================================================UPDATE: (six months later)This "PP" filter has to be changed every six months.It's January - - time to change.*** W*a*r*n*i*n*g* ! ! ***I did NOT know you have to turn OFF the cold water supply before removing the filter.The thing EXPLODED! I MEAN THAT LITERALLY.I'm removing one star because the WARNING should be on the filter.THAT was dangerous.This unit has NO automatic features. There are no warning lites or anything that tells you to turn OFF the cold water.I didn't know.Now YOU know.THAT was NOT a pleasant experience.One star removed.
