My herding dog has a ball she's supposed to herd around the lawn. She loves it but sometimes gets too exuberant and now punctured a hole in it. This patch kit saved me $50 replacing the ball and has held up through several playtimes. There are tons of patches in this kit so it will last all summer on pool toys, kickballs, etc

I carry a few of these patches on camping trips, so they are ready to patch most rips: air mattress, back pack, clothing, even a quick temporary patch on my pack raft. Even for temporary repairs, they are thicker, stronger and stickier than duct tape. In addition, they are pre-cut in various shapes and sizes, so no cutting needed. They also come in black, white/translucent and clear. Great assortment of useful patches, recommended.

I have to admit I was a little bit skeptical when I picked these ones up. My son has a gigantic inflatable punching bag in his room which he uses quite a lot. That thing takes some serious abuse, and after a couple of months it managed to get a small hole in one of the seams that caused the whole thing to deflate and become useless. It was expensive and I wasn't real Keen to replace it if I didn't have to. Little repair strips to the rescue. I used one of the larger patches in this kit. Smacked it right over the hole, Rubbed it down, and reinflated the whole punching bag. I'm not really sure what I was expecting but the thing works like it's brand new now. It has once again been through quite a bit of abuse. My son punches kicks it and just plays with it in various rough and tumble sort of ways and the scene with the patch on it has continued to hold up and continues to keep air in. Honestly this little patch thing is fantastic if you have inflatables. I plan to keep a batch of these on hand for any time we have inflatables go bad. These are going straight into the camping bag and I'm going to put another pack of them into the pool bag for floaties. I'm just really impressed with how easy and how well it worked.

I love this kit, simply put. I got for patching a few holes in my down jackets and these patches are perfect for outdoor gear repair. I like the two colors too. Great value for the money given how many patches you receive. I used on a outdoor jacket that's made with Pertex material - these adhered well to the tear and has held confidently. Any outdoor gear owner needs this kit!

Since these say waterproof, I was hoping to use them to extend the life of my nonlatex gloves by patching up holes, but unfortunately, they didn't do the trick. They are the reusable kind, not the throw away kind, but tend to always get holes in the thumbs and I didn't want to waste them.Despite being labeled as waterproof, they didn't hold up to the task. To make matters worse, they also had an unpleasant odor. It's a bit of a letdown when a product doesn't perform as expected, and I wouldn't recommend these for repairing gloves. There is a large mix of stickers and they might work for you, but they were thin and weak for my uses.

So, I got these in the mail. Straight up to the attic to grab our air mattress which we take out in the grandkids spend the night to see if I could locate the pinhole leak, an attempt to repair. After pumping it up in about five minutes of searching with a little bit of dish soap detergent and water, I found the air bubbles coming out of a tiny pinhole in the mattress. I dried the water off use the hair dryer to make sure the area was dried and deflated the mattress. Since there were no directions, I just peeled off an appropriate sized patch and stuck it on there nice and good then for good measure I use the hair dryer again for about a minute, just running it back and forth on there to heat it up a bit. I gave it about 10 minutes to dry or set up or whatever, and inflate the mattress again. After a bit I ended up laying on the mattress and watching half hours worth of TV. Then after doing a few things around the house, I left to run some errands and came back about 2 1/2 hours later and the mattress was still inflated and didn't look like it lost any air. As one last test I put some more soapy water around the patch to see if I saw any bubbles in there were none. So, will it last? Hopefully. For now I'm a happy camper and I recommend these

I am using these to repair some holes that inexplicably appeared in my waders. I was happily rockhounding in a snowmelt stream, and when I stepped into deeper water, my boot started filling up with COLD water. Somehow, my waders had suffered three tears near the knee. These patches are adhering well, they completely covered the tears, and they seem to be waterproof. Hopefully they hold up to many more hours of wading in cold water looking for pretty rocks. I can definitely envision many scenarios where these patches would come in handy. I'll be including some in my camper van for emergency repairs in the field.
