Other, smaller corner braces come with longer screws - how those supplied with THIS larger one could be adequate, I can't IMAGINE!!! Had to go buy my own!

I purchased these angle brackets to secure a long shelf in a big home entertainment center. The shelf sits right above a flat panel TV and holds a heavy center speaker, so I needed heavy duty brackets to handle the weight. These fit that bill. Only negative is the screws are cheap, and several of them stripped easily while trying to install the brackets. Thankfully, I didn’t need to use all of the included screws for my application. Once installed, the brackets do not bend at all.
