J'ai découvert cet accessoire il y a peu de temps. J'ai pu le tester au four et au BBQ et franchement ça change la cuisson. Le poulet est cuit plus uniformément et plus rapidement. Certes il ne sera pas doré de la même manière mais il sera sur chaque face.

Stainless steel so easy to clean. Good for 1.75 lbs or bigger chicken. If the chicken is too small, unable to stand it up.

Sehr gut verarbeiteter, qualitativ hochwertiger Geflügelhalter.Man sollte -will man ihn in einem Kugelgrill einsetzen- aber einen Kugelgrill mit 57cm oder größeren Durchmesser haben.Mit einem 47 cm-Kugelgrill (zu niedrig!) ist seine Verwendung je nach Hähnchengröße nur über Umwegen ( Grillrost raus, Kohle links und rechts an den Rand geräumt und Geflügelhalter samt zu grillendem Geflügel direkt auf den Kohlerost stellen) möglich........

Webber is famous for their grills Their accessories are equally as good. I use these racks to roast whole chickens on both my gas grill and my pellet smoker. Originally designed to hold a beer can, I use either fruit juice or coke and get great moist chicken. I have washed them by hand and in a dish washer. Either way they clean up easily.

Very pleased with this poultry roaster stand. High quality, sturdy. Functional and sits level for perfect placement of chicken. Also, great area for can/container for adding flavors to chicken.Easy grip side handles for lifting. Going to get a second one, love doing 2 chickens at once!

Excellent quality, which is the standard when it comes from Weber. However the description could be better; think of it as a more elaborate version of a "beer can" roaster, in which the bird is held vertically as opposed to horizontal. The can of beer (or your preference of liquid) fits snugly in the crux of the two center wire forms, over which your bird cavity is placed. Since the bird stands vertically, you might be limited on the bird size by the size of your cooker. Even if you are a 'tea-totaler', you will be amazed at the delicious flavor beer adds to the recipe (it doesn't taste or smell like beer when cooked).

You still need to supply a beer can to use the roaster holder; beer cans ain't built like they used to be so I don't know if this device is of any use.
