This is a piece of junk! It’s rained the past two days, so the ground was still saturated, and this thing still broke after I had pulled only a few weeds. You can tell it’s not very durable when you twist, and then one of the metal pieces dislodged out of place, making it difficult to release the weed and certainly hard to get the piece back in place. I would have to do that every time I released a weed. Don’t waste your money!!

This did the trick to remove the weeds. Everyone who buys this needs to be cautioned that while it will remove the weeds, it broke almost immediately and continued to break the pins, kept falling out of it, and did not hold it together. Luckily, I am creative when fixing things, but it was a nightmare. It’s hard to tell in the photo, but the first pin had just fallen out and one of the gripping blades was totally not in place. There are four pins that hold it together all of which fell out one by one while removing already dead weeds from moist soft dirt

It works well but fell apart after a little use. One of the pins fell out. Fixed it with a long screw and a nut.

I think it's a good design. Although ours broke 3rd try, I was trying to pull a sapling out. I returned it. I think it would be fine for just small weeds in the yard.

First the positive : materials appear to be of fairly decent quality. Priced very well . Pulls weeds pretty well also .The cons ? On mine , the pins that hold the metal fingers in place keep falling out. This makes the fingers fall off completely. Very poor design and quality.All in all I would not recommend or buy this product again .
