Works great for smaller weeds, but not so much for thin weeds that don't have a base to hook onto, but it does help break up hard soil. Good buy on this little thing, it's a very handy tool 3, super useful for removing weeds between cobblestones, and stretching it with a broom is even better，wonderful to remove the herb that comes out everywhere. I bought 2 types of weed pullers for different usages, this worked great, the other I’m turning because of the clay. It couldn’t penetrate the ground, whereas this had no problem. Very happy.

Decent quality for the money. Good size and nice grip. Pulls most weeds out easy(except the ones with giant roots!- should’ve pulled those earlier!!)

I wasn't sure if I'd like this tool or not; I saw mixed reviews on tools of this type. It actually made weeding my raised bed garden much less of a chore. I'm not a great gardener, a little lazy with jobs I hate, like weeding. Once I figured out my technique this tool really helped. It seems very sturdy and was modestly priced. I'm glad I bought it and would recommend it to all lazy weeders.

Works well when you have a lot of smaller roots or when you just need to brake up a small area. There are better weeding tools out there for more serious weeding.

It works great but it is a very flimsy metal that bends. Also it's not on a long handle however you can put it on one. Just needs to be a stronger metal.

I gave this to my boyfriend. He said it works really well, but it's too bad the handle wasn't about a foot longer. He has back problems and thinks the longer length would help a great deal.
