Boys and fire... Name a more iconic mix. Alright, kidding aside, this is an impressive instrument of thermal destruction. Recently, my HOA mandated that I do something about my driveway, specifically the center portion that the builders optimistically put grass on, but 20+ years of parking cars and the said cars leaking oil and other fluid destroyed it. Nothing would grow on that elongated patch, not even crab grass. So I put river rocks on it, much like my neighbors with similar driveways who gave us years ago.Well, shoot. Nothing grew when it was just a patch of dirt, but with the river rocks covering them, weed started to grow. I think maybe the rocks act as mulch and help the soil retain some moisture. I'm not sure, but I wasn't gonna weed the damn rock field. Just about that time, this popped up and it was glorious. Suffice to say, no weed and the rocks don't look any worse for being singed.I guess I can use it to start a campfire or a BBQ but for now, it's my weed destroyer.

This torch is great for wacking weeds around our property. It's easy to hook up to one of my BBQ propane tanks and the 10ft hose allows me to set down the tank and clear an area before moving on to the next area. This is my second torch and it's much sturdier construction than my previous one. The bag that is included with the set is a nice bonus as it makes it easy to store everything between weed wacking sessions.

Love the fact it comes with a bag, small form factor, detachable parts and works really well. I use my regular grill gas tank and this and the attachment fit well. No issues igniting and overall I love this. I actually use it to start my fire pit!
