This is the bomb !!! It is fairly thick silicone, and is pliable for removing crust designs. It washes easily by hand is top rack dishwasher safe. I made sure to lightly dust entire mold, tap excess out. Chose design, there are three you can do two at a time. Roll pie dough into logs and press firmly into molds, then I took a lightly dusted rolling pin and rolled over the mold firmly 2-3 times. You will see the dough not in the mold is thin, see through. Then took a sharp knife and gently scored a line down each side of molded dough, turned over and popped it out easy peasy. 9" pie 5 molds are enough.

I used this to cast plaster to be placed around the doorframes in my home. Worked well, but took some time as the kit is small.

This is a very well made and easy to use product. The dough needs to be a bit still and is till still spread out a bit, but it does help to dress up a pie!

Loved this mold! With a light dusting of flour, the pie crust easily popped out. The mold was also deep, and created a beautiful pattern with just the right thickness for a pie crust.
