So the unit itself is fantastic material and heavy duty but Amazon REALLY didn't come through this time on the shipping... the handle was bent the shape of a banana 🍌 when it showed up to my door with the package all beat to heck. Luckily Wilton has a lifetime warranty and is sending me a FREE handle to fix the issue. The money is a bit steep, weighs about 50+ pounds, but is tried and true to the performance and smoothness of the jaw adjustment. Would highly recommend paying the steep price and buying this unit

Just after installing... Carriage bolt head broke off, had to drill and weld it... Maybe it was just a fluke.

like smoothness of operation and precise (for what it is) action.I have experienced some difficulty in rotating the vice on its base. nothing insurmountable. at some point I will dissmount the it and confirm the cause.
