The Velcro tape they supply doesn't stick to the foam on either the Velcro or adhesive sides. A little double-sided scotch tape would have been more effective and less frustrating. Other than that, it's 2 sheets of foam you can buy anywhere. I bought for convenience. On that count it failed.

I used this with my tall window that has my portable AC. The plastic pieces don't go all the up and I struggle to find something to put in that area to keep heat out. This did work well for that. It is typical foam panel. It is easy to manipulate and flexible for what I needed.

Simple foam pads you cut into the shape you need. Will do the trick.
