- Sometimes the power cord is not plugged in tightly, causing the LOGO to not light up and not charge. If the product does not work, please check if the power cord is plugged in tightly.
- You can use the touch switch to control the logo light without worrying about draining the battery as well as driving at night when the logo is blinding!
- We include two stickable logos in each box, if you open the package and don't find the logo. Please pay attention to whether it is dropped on the floor or look carefully in the box. If you can't find it, please c-o-n-t-a-c-t us first and we will try our best to help you solve the problem.
- Note: This product is designed for Tesla Model Y (2021-2024) and Model 3 (2021-2023). It is not compatible with 2024 Model 3 Highland, 2025 Tesla Model Y Juniper, Model S and Model X.

This worked so well that I purchased a second one! The first one I accidentally pulled the cord too hard and it would no longer retract; but it still works! I’m just somewhat of a perfectionist so I wanted one where the cord would retract.

Looks cool charge's on my husband iPhone 13 with a mag light charger case, but won’t charge on mine that has an Air-pro charging case. Not sure why so I plugged in a charging cord and that works. So overall it’s not bad but you get what you pay for. 😏

A used item was sent to me full of fingerprints and water spots and scratches, and it doesn’t even fit in the 2021 model 3. It is wider than the allowable space in the center console by roughly a quarter to half an inch.
