The temp gauge broke, and can't seem to get a hold of customer service for a replacement. Now I have a hole in the side of it

This is a very sturdy unit that I am using with Tesla Gen 3 wall charger. The first unit I got came in dented so I had to return it and order a new one. I love this product.I have ordered another one for my daughter but I wonder it if will fit the Testa Universal Charger that is coming out in a couple of weeks (or so) but is a bit thicker though the holes match the Gen 3.

2nd Update:Third unit received. As in prior receipts, the shipping box is perfect but the unit is damaged. This third unit has the least damage. One of the corners is bent a bit, and a mark is in the same place as where there was a hole in the 2nd unit. (See picture). This mark did not break the surface this time. No contact by seller; I'm considering returning this third unit but afraid that I'll re-receive one of the units with worse damageUpdate:The second unit received has damage worse than the first. There is definitely a quality control issue somewhere. I still like the product enough that I ordered for a third unit. Maybe third time is the charm?Original post:What I received was obviously repackaged. The shipping and protections were all neatly in place but the front and back of the unit has scratches that didn't occur in transit.I might accept a partial refund that covers the inconvenience of a self repair. If I don't hear back from the seller, I will simply return and buy again.This unit is too expensive for me to accept in used, 'C' rated condition.

This is a great item made for the Tesla Wall Connector (my Electrician installed the unit on my foundation and then installed the Wall Connector inside) it makes for a nice neat look as the cable is stored in the box with the Wall Connector. The only issue I have is that I have not been able to set up the combination for the lock on the box the instructions state something about a key which I don't understand. Otherwise I would recommend this product.

I have my charger installed as a stand alone structure (cabinet and base) in front of my parking spot. It resembles a commercial charging station or phone booth. I trenched to the concrete footing I poured. I am now at 6 months and have seen hot and cold weather. It is excellent.

Look & quality are great. It was very easy to install. Our electrician was impressed with the box. Tesla Charger and cable fits very nicely inside. It is really worth the investment. My electrician took the info to recommend this box.Great product!Update: After 2 years of use, still impeccable, looks as new. No rust not stains. I cannot say enough good things. Great product.

Ok, so I had to store a charging cable inside the box as per Boston City guidelines, so I got 2 charging boxes to choose from. Guess which one I left? You're right the one I am rating right now! The box is sleek, looks sharp, and is a great pair for the high-tech Tesla charger. Gen 3 Tesla Charger fit like a glove, we had no issues installing it and it was super fast and easy. The box has humidity, temperature sensors, and a passlock, which comes in handy. The box itself is not deep at all so won't take too much space on your wall. Overall great product that I highly recommend.

Box is solid with no damages or imperfections in the coating. Before running electrical, I mounted and tested for water leaks. No problems found.Tesla wall connector bolts up easily and it’s secure. It has a knockout at the bottom so you can run wires through the wall or below the box (like I did).Temperature gauge is very useful to me. I know the operating EVSE temperature maxes at 135F. I only charged at night before to make sure it wasn’t too hot but now I have the ability to see if it’s too hot. I only charge at night since I live in NM and the heat is crazy during the day right now. It’s still nice to be confident on the temps if I need it during the day.
