How to use the wireless intercom doorbell
1) Set the same channel (A, B, or C) for both the indoor and outdoor machine;
2) Long press the ON/OFF button of the indoor machine to turn it on;
3) Attach the outdoor machine to the exterior of your front door. Once the chime rings, click the ON\OFF button or the TALK button of the indoor chime to stop the ringing. To speak to the visitor, press and hold the TALK key to communicate with the outdoor device. Release the TALK button after speaking to listen to any response from outside. The visitor simply press and hold the TALK key to respond.
Note:
1.The factory setting of the indoor machine is in the shutdown state. After receiving the goods, please long press ON/OFF key button for 3 seconds to turn on the indoor unit.
2.Outdoor machine will return to sleeping mode if it does not detect action within 25 seconds. Please click CALL button on the outdoor machine to activate it. Each conversation must be initiated by outdoor machine, and then the indoor machine can talk with the outdoor unit after receiving the ring.
3.This wireless intercom doorbell is a unidirectional transmission system with the same frequency. You cannot speak to your visitor and listen to them at the same time. Please wait until the visitor is done speaking to press the TALK key to respond.
4. Please note that you will need to set the same channel if you want 2 intercom doorbells to receive communication. It also means any other FM wireless intercom device can communicate with your system if they have the same frequency. For example, your neighbors may be able to interfere with your intercom system if they are using intercom device. We suggest setting your system to another channel to avoid interference.
Troubleshooting:
Problem 1: Does not work
Possible solution 1: Check if the indoor machine turned on. If not, please long press the ON/OFF key of the indoor machine to activate it.
Possible solution 2: Check if both devices are charged. Charge devices at least 1 hour and try again.
Problem 2: Cannot hear response
Possible solution 1: Check if the 2 devices are on the same channel. If not, set them to the same channel.

Used these in my house for my bedroom and kitchen to call my kids bedrooms so I don't have to stomp or yell anymore. If they ignore these intercoms, internet goes bye bye. So far, so good. #qualityparenting. EDIT: Units have all died for some reason. Units are fully charged (on their stands etc), channels checked but comms don't transmit anymore. EDIT (April 30th 2025): Discovered today that a ton of people are having this exact problem. If this happens to you here is the fix I discovered on my own. It's something to do with the battery dying, so a complete reset is required. Charge ALL units fully first, then simply remove the battery plate off the back of the units (mine were the receivers). Unplug the battery for 10 seconds or more, then plug them back in again, put cover back on. Then hold down the power button on the front of the unit for approximately 5 seconds and a beep will sound. Then you will be able to use these again.

One of our units stopped working, we used the contact customer service and via emails troubleshooted, then they sent us a new indoor unit and we are now up and running.We have two office suites and wanted to use this to know when someone comes to the main door, but it does not seem to let us hear at one door if we both press the answer button. Also would prefer that the talk button would initiate without the doorbell being pressed first, no reads that instruction.

Don’t waste your money. This works for about 2 months and it just stopped working. It worked well for the first month, second month started picking up random voices through the intercom which was creepy and then after the second month it completely stopped working. My return window has pass (30 days) and now I’m stuck with a useless item that doesn’t even last very long. I’m very disappointed.

Très beau concept, j’ai aimé le produit. Batteries chargées au bout de 3 heures. Impossible de choisir le son du carillon, remis une batterie sur chargeur la lumière témoin de la charge rouge, 1 heure plus tard je recommence et il m’est impossible de sélectionner le son du carillon. J’ai essayer de communiquer avec le fabriquant avec description du problème aucune solution. J’ai déduis que le produit était défectueux et je le fait créditer.

I got this yesterday for my parents when their in-house intercom system went down. What I really wanted was three indoor handsets and one for the doorbell, but this was 2 and 2, and I assumed they could just use a doorbell unit as the 3rd indoor unit. When I got them I realized my mistake. A doorbell unit won't automatically broadcast communications between the indoor unit -- which makes sense. Afterall, when the girl scout comes to the door and you intercom to your wife saying "let's pretend we're not here so she goes away" you wouldn't want that conversation broadcast to the person on the doorstep! Now that I understand this, I'll have to get a third indoor unit. Besides that, it seems to work well and is very easy for them to use - exactly what I was hoping for.

This intercom doorbell is so handy.. It was easy to set up and install for this 72 yo woman..It give me a sense of security and now I don't have to run from my bedroom at the other end of my house to answer the door... Now I have a receiver by my bed and just pick it up and press talk...I also have a 2nd receiver in the dinning room, between the living room and kitchen, for the doorbell ring..It has 23 nice ring tones, tho I prefer the standard ding dong sound,,, and 3 levels of loudness...I've only had it a few weeks, so don't know about the battery life..But funny thing after I got it I was charging everything up and heard VOICES in my living room.. Freaked me out a bit.. Turns out someone in my area had just gotten one too and we were on the same channel, so he said he'd change the channels on his.. LOL

We were so excited to get this....then we got to listen to local hospitals on every single frequency. It just never stopped. And the units didn't work together so we couldn't even use it as an intercom in the house. What a waste of money.

Somehow while testing the system before installation they became un paired. I wrote the MFG and they sent me instructions to trouble shoot the pairing problem. So that made me Happy. My only complaint is the Outdoor Unit will not stay in the base. I had to drill holes in the case and use a piece of tie wire to keep it from falling out on its own. Looks ugly but will work until i get some velcro strips in behind it. Considering the next better product is 3 times the price I will live with that small flaw in the design of the base holder. The indoor units stay charged longer than 24 hours so I can carry one to the back yard without missing the doorbell ring. I put up a sign for people to ring both just in case.

My wife wanted an intercom at our front door. I bought this Wuloo wireless intercom. We are very happy with this intercom. I didn't have to run wires through my house since this is FM wireless. I didn't have to trouble shoot WiFi problems like I did with the Ring brand video doorbell I have. The audio communication is much better than the Ring doorbell audio.The rechargeable battery life is reasonable. I did have to print up a sign telling anyone who pressed the doorbell button that they had to press, hold, and then release the talk button. So far only one person didn't follow the instructions.When I reported a problem to Wuloo, I got a very quick answer and a replacement unit quickly. I wish every customer service representatives were as good as the Wuloo people.If anything would make this intercom better it would be to have the ability for the inside units to be able initiate communication with the outside unit. The other improvement would be to be able to talk to the outside unit without having to wait for the person at the outside unit to release the call bell button.Overall I can recommend this product and I would buy it again.UPDATE: When I received the replacement unit for the insode unit that would sometimes ring when there was no one at my door, it would not ring at all. After just one email to Wuloo customer service, I was sent a detailed instruction email telling me how to pair the inside and outside units to each other.Now it works perfectly. I have not have any phantom ringing and it ring when the outside door bell button is pressed.I have a second inside unit that would also ring when no one is at my door. It too is now being replaced with an updated unit.Thank you, Wuloo customer service. I could not ask for better customer service.

This doorbell has excellent range. I have it at the front gate to my property, and the house is about 30 yards from the gate. I get a good strong signal. The 3 star rating is due to the fact that the audio for both the doorbell, and the intercom, is fairly distorted, and could easily be made better. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no way to prevent kids from stealing the outdoor unit. In my neighborhood, this likely won't be a problem, but for most folks, it can be, and I think the maker needs to come up with a locking holder for the outdoor unit. That would surely raise the price a bit, but what good is cheap if it gets stolen?!?!
