I got this to use with the iPhone 15, however it now comes with a USB-C connector, I thought I could use the usual lightning to USB-C adapter, but they seem to be for Data and Power only and not for audio. Will order a Audio/headphone compatible dongle to test again.However I did use this with my wife's iPhone 14 (Lightning connector) and it was perfect, great quality sound and very lightweight.

The mics were easy to setup and started working quickly without too much hassle. One thing to note is that the mics and receiver aren't particularly small, so worth noting if you wanted something subtle. They did help with sound quality though so I think on balance they're worth the price

This review is for a pair of cordless microphones and a single receiver for older Apple IOS devices with a lightning connector.Supplied in the box are 2 cordless microphones, a receiver for lightning devices, a USB-A to 2xUSB-C charge cable and an instruction leaflet.Initial impressions are good, with it attractively packaged in a box small enough to keep the product stored in, and offering good protection form drops and bumps.In use, they work well, though the range is limited - I'm guessing it's a bluetooth connection or similar between the mics and the receiver, as its a similar range. Good enough for most use cases I suspect. The receiver is much less vulnerable than those that have a USB-C connector, then a lightning to USB-C adapter, resulting in the receiver being very exposed and more vulnerable to knocks.These are very much budget microphones, and not as clear as high end kit. They work plenty good enough for most content creators starting out on a budget, but aren't a match for high end equipment.Also, I really wish the connection LED on the receiver was on the side facing you, so you can see it whilst speaking into the phone's camera, so you have confidence that the mic is connected throughout the session.

This is a great little plug and play microphone set That works with an older iPhone as it is a lightning connector. I believe you can get adapters that will work with new iPhones.I make a lot of review videos and wanted A really simple and basic microphone that would help isolate background noise in my home and just focus on either my voice or the item that I am reviewing.This looks a nice little kit as soon as you open it, It has a basic receiver that you plug into your phone and it draws power from that.The microphone does need to be charged and comes with a cable.This microphone can be clipped to your lapel and connect with the receiver attached to your phone.I'm not used to using a microphone so it will take some getting used to.So far I believe the sound quality is better with the microphone, That does seem to be less background noise like the sound of my dogs walking around on floors. Little things like that get annoying when you're doing a video but can't be helped when it's in a family home.I think this is a great little starter kit when you're getting to the point of making videos that you want to be a little bit more professional, And it will be good if you were doing some interviews.For the price it's fantastic, Everything you need is there in one little box and it's good quality and good value.
