The toilet is OK, the bidet is ok...but the remote stopped working like it has for so many others. I just want to order ANOTHER remote..... and it is impossible to get ahold of them. Woodbridge will not answer phone or respond to emails.Not just terrible customer support....but non existent customer support.

first if your putting in a tight spot neerly impossible to install. second after install one of the seals was leaking but because of design you cant tell which one. third first thought the water saver feature was nice in flushing but there is so little water that it requires minimum of 2 to 3 flushes. DO NOT BUY

Well I have only had it for one day but Holy Cow! If this things doesn’t break then it’s the best purchase I might ever have made. It works and has a surprisingly high amount of customization with the remote. For the price, I strongly suggest that everyone buys one. Then again, you may want to wait for my updated review in one month to see if all the gizmo’s on this toilet still work!
