Easy to assemble but I had issues with the feet of the platform sinking into the bedding but the bridge/walkway staying on top of the bedding and then coming detached from the platform.

This platform requires no tools. There’s also no hardware to add. I think that’s perfectly fine and probably some would even argue safer.The legs push into the bottom of the platform. They feel pretty sturdy, but I feel like you have to find a comfortable balance between pushing hard enough to get them lodged in and not too hard that you’re going to break them. The other thing is if you’re putting the platform over a lot of bedding, I think that will help brace the platform.The ramp already has eye hooks so you just hook it directly onto the platform. There are little ridges in the ladder to help easily climb.The wood is sanded smooth but not finished. It’s a pretty, light colored wood and well made.I would absolutely recommend this small platform and ramp.
