I have a long row of shrubs on one side of the house a row of Azalea’s on another. I like to keep them trimmed but as my back problems worsen, my old trimmers were getting too heavy.I was elated to get the WORKPROX Cordless Grass Shear & Shrubbery Trimmer hoping it would make the chore of trimming easier and it did!The Trimmer comes with a carry bag, a Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery, a charging cable, a 5.98” grass blade and a 7.87” hedge blade.The Trimmer came partly charged but I charged to 100% before use. I found the trimmer to be so lightweight and easy to use. There was no learning curve with these as they operated just like my older trimmers. I really like these trimmers…they caused no excess strain on my back as I have to bend slightly to trim my hedges.The Trimmer blades are extremely sharp and did not bind on even the thicker branches. They gave a nice, clean, precise trim. Changing from blade to blade is also easy. I was able to trim and edge the grass along my border with ease.This is definitely the trimmer to have if you’re looking for something lightweight to trim your hedges and grass.

I am truly impressed with this hand-held trimmer. I spend a fair amount of time gardening on the weekends to help decompress from crazy workweeks. After heavy rains the bushes are EXPLODING and snip-snip-snipping with pruning scissors was extremely time consuming. This electric trimmer has not only cut down on the time I spend snipping, but it allows me to better shape the bushes as well.While it can be described as a lightweight tool, with the blades attached to the tool body, it does have a little heft to it, so your hands/wrists/arms need to be strong enough to sustain not only the body of the tool for an extended period of time, but the motion (vibration) of the cutting blades.Both aspects of the trimmer work really well! I feel like I can do a "professional" gardening clean up in a fraction of the time that it used to take me.It is easy to charge with the included USB wire. I didn't time the exact charge time, but it seemed to be around an hour +/-.

I was impressed with the attachment design, very easy to attach or change from the sheers to the trimmer. I just finished using it for yard work and used other tools, too, so I didn’t push the battery to its limit but it lasted for the whole session. It did a good job cutting and the bag is a great size for it I think because there’s room for gloves and other tools. It presents an opportunity to have a contained kit with everything needed if you choose to.

This review is for WORKPROX 20V Cordless Grass Shear & Shrubbery Trimmer - 2-in-1 Handheld Electric Grass Trimmer Hedge Shears/Grass Cutter, Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery and Type-C Cable IncludedMy townhome has a tiny yard that frequently needs touch-ups in between landscaper visits. I have a weed-eater, but for corners or other tight spaces, I found myself needing something different. I got this product primarily for the grass shear feature.It does exactly what I was hoping, allowing me to get in the spaces the weed-eater just doesn't get into. The blades are sharp and made quick work of the thick grass, moving quickly through it without much effort. It's easy to operate and didn't cause any hand fatigue in the 20 minutes I was using it.The included bag keeps everything organized and neat and allows the user to quickly locate the product.The only thing I think could make it better would be an optional pole attachment that allowed the product to be used while standing for those who have back issues or allowed the trimmer feature to be used for higher areas.Nevertheless, I'm extremely happy with the product and highly recommend it.
