I purchased this a month ago and used it twice.Twice.The battery will no longer accept a charge. Just to be sure, I checked the electrical outlet with a charger for a cordless drill and the outlet is powered normally.This product is junk.

This shrub trimmer is very easy to use and handle. It's not too heavy for me to use trimming my burning bushes. Highly recommend for someone that can not handle larger, heavier trimmers.

I have always done hand trimming around my fences and other areas in my lawn. For years I used the regular grass trimmers but, one day, my sister introduced me to the Scott’s battery operated trimmers! Why did I wait so so long to get them! A single charge lasts for long enough to do all my trimming and I have a lot!

En primer lugar yo compré esta podadora para votar el pasto, la zona que corto es pequeña, por lo que se adapta precisamente a lo que requiero, una máquina más grande es inmanejable (3x7m). Carga suficiente para cortar el pasto que estaba bastante crecido, sin problemas para cortar raíces gruesas y algunos tallos de plantas jóvenes. Estuvo encendida al menos una hora seguida, esto es todo el tiempo, sin calentarse significativamente. La carga fue semejante a otras que he tenido en el pasado (Black and Decker).No es muy pesada y tal vez el problema es que hay que mantener todo el tiempo apretado el seguro.

To start, I’m a 40 year old woman, who until recently used manual tools, thinking that power tools were more trouble than they’re worth. Everything changed when I bought my first drill, so now I’m always on the lookout for tools that make my life easier.So onto the review....before I bought these shears, I was either hand-pulling or using these old scissor-like shears to get to the grass in those hard to reach places. Yesterday the Scotts shears came and after charging it up (a light indicates when it’s charging and goes off when it’s done) I took ‘em for a spin. They’re lightweight and so much fun to use! They cut through some crab with ease. Also the blades don’t extend past the sides, so whatever you’re cutting around, doesn’t get whacked.... I used these around my Intex vinyl pool, not all the way of course, but definitely much closer than I could take the weed whacker. Also, these have a safety mechanism that turns them off immediately if they hit something like a rock, which means there’s no danger of dangerous projectiles hitting your face (I was wearing flip-flops and I wonder what would happen if it hit my toes.... I probably should wear real shoes next time so I never have to find out). I haven’t used the long shrub attachment, because I don’t have shrubs, but they are probably just as effective as the grass shears. Overall, these are lightweight, quality shears get the job done and I highly recommend them!

I despise string trimmers, so use rechargeable grass shears for edging around the rocks the line our garden areas. Last summer the shears I'd had for eons died and I bought new ones made by SunJoe. Those never worked well and by this summer they were awful, jamming whenever they met a slightly thicker blade of grass. I order these Scotts shears, hoping they would work better. I received them a couple of days ago and what a difference! They just slice right through the grass, even the dense clumps, and never jam. I had all the edging done in no time.I didn't get these for shrub trimming as I knew they wouldn't have the power to cut through larger branches. After they worked so well on grass though, I decided to try them on the shrubs whose spring growth was threatening to overtake our deck. Mind you this was all recent growth I was cutting, nothing thicker than 1/4 inch, but it sliced right through the branches I wanted to cut. I really wish I'd bought these last year instead of wasting time and money on the SunJoe shears.

I purchased these to trim around hard-to-get places with a mower. I used the grass trimming attachment, and it worked perfectly. By that I mean that it cut through grass and didn't clog. Since that is why I purchased this I am 100% satisfied, especially the relatively low price (and the Prime overnight shipping when I purchased it.)If you are looking for a tool to trim bushes, this is probably not your best option, I tested it on some bushes and the pruning attachment was not nearly as efficient as the grass clipping one. Even smaller branches about the size of a ballpoint pen refill were a chore.Bottom line - if you want this as an inexpensive way to trim grass and the inevitable weeds in hard to get places it's easily up to the task. Add in the price (it was a third less than other models that I looked at), and the long battery life and it is a good value. As for the battery life, I was about to get a good two hours out of a single charge.

Very pleased with this product. It works well for what it is intended, light trimming jobs. It’s easy to handle and because it’s so lightweight you can trim with one hand and always keep your shrubs looking nice.

Excelente podadora, es pequeño pero muy fácil de usar, el mango facilita todo el trabajo, yo hago arreglo ahora el jardín de mi casa sin necesidad de jardinero y no es ningún esfuerzo, funciona muy bien, la carga dura bastante, corta muy bien y lo mejor no lanza lejos el césped que corta, por lo que facilita la limpieza del área cercana al jardin

Excelente producto, corta muy bien y es segura. La durabilidad de la pila excelente. El tema es que no he podido encontrar el accesorio de extensión por separado ya que cuando la compré no lo ví, espero que lo haya, si compran mejor compren con extensión incluida.

mi ritengo soddisfatta per l uso che ne devo fare ,maneggevole il fatto di non avere un cavo mi permette di lavorare piu' facilmente certo la batteria non dura tantissimo infatti adatto per piccoli giardini e comunque si ricarica in poco tempo.
